The young lady on check-in was amazing, informative and welcoming. The young Gentleman who handled our late checkout today was helpful, even to the point of helping my elderly mother with our baggage etc down the stairs late of checkout, to the baggage closet. Thankyou to him. He deserves a pay raise. As does the young lady at check-in.

It was a late check in, but I was greeted by the most lovely, cheery young lady and that took away any stress that I was feeling after a bit of an ordeal getting there. I felt like The European Hotel was an oasis of safety and comfort. The place has an old world charm that helped me feel at home. It's not a polished modern hotel, but it's clean and comfortable, and it's the sort of place I love. After I vacated my room, I used the laundry room to get my gear in order after a long road trip, and that was just an added bonus to this place. I only stayed one night, but would have happily stayed longer.

My booking was a double room with bathroom and the choice suited perfect for my needs. The room was exactly like the picture, even better. I had all the space I needed. Private bathroom with towels for two and excellent hairdryer. Shower big enough, always worked. No cockroaches. Windows can be opened. Hotel in a perfect spot, 5 min from the train going to the airport and 10 min from the port to go to Rottnest Island. Receptionists always kind and helpful.

The staff were courteous, professional, and helpful. The hotel was clean, quiet, and the bed was comfortable. The location was ideal in Perth Central, but very quiet, too.

Loved the location. Loved the fact we had a balcony in our room. Price was excellent. Will definitely stay again!

Very much enjoyed my stay. I arrived early in the morning so before check in time but I got to leave my luggage there, and was guided to the café next door for nice breakfast. So that is super convenient (plus, a discount applies for hotel guests). The room itself was excellent, super comfortable bed - best I've slept in months! (including at my own home) - and all the facilities were great. I especially appreciated the decaffeinated tea/coffee option in the room! Had a bit of issue with the TV but I got help from the staff. Staff itself is also wonderful, especially Ellen who gave me valuable tips regarding sightseeing and overall useful information. Perhaps it is a bit on the pricier side (and I am backpacking) but since it was such an excellent place to stay at, I'm willing to pay that price.

The staff were really friendly and organised. The hotel is a little dated but was very clean and comfortable with everything you need. Our rooms were both decent sizes - 1 single and 1 twin room. Toiletries & a hair dryer were provided which was an added bonus.

Nice room, comfortable bed and very clean. The reception staff were very friendly and I liked that they had an extra pillow / blanket in the cupboard. Also a great CBD location.

The staff,the design of the hotel where I feel like I'm somewhere in Europe,the room,the TV,the toilet was good,the bed,the location and also the warm welcome that I had. It was a wonderful stay and I had a good time. The lobby had this Dutch lady as am a Dutch Eurasian I definitely love the picture. Lots of paintings which are so classy and elegant as you walk pass the stairs and aisle.
